Experience
Prior to founding Compass Agency, Lindsay Burch McLean was leading national and global sales teams to exceed their goals for over 20 years within several industries and in various locations. Lindsay's passion for helping others find simple and effective sales & marketing solutions was fueled after working with hundreds of companies looking to build their brand during her time at the internationally acclaimed Edison Awards.
Earlier experience includes five years as the Director of Conferences at Gartner, Inc., where she led a global team of 14 to increase attendance at more than 70 worldwide IT events. Lindsay made a notable impact during her 10+ years with various hotel chains including IHG, Starwood, Choice, and Best Western International, where she worked with multiple properties in the Southeast building dynamic sales teams, implementing best practices, re-developing revenue management strategies, and establishing strategic relationships to increase profitability.
